JOB TITLE: Office Manager

REPORTS TO: Owner (in close collaboration with Operations Manager)


LOCATION: On-site only (no remote work)


SCHEDULE: Full-time: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (Salaried)


ABOUT THE ROLE: Main Line Window Decor is a locally owned and operated business specializing in custom window treatments and soft goods. We are seeking an Office Manager to join our close-knit team of 6–8 professionals. This person will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring a best-in-class experience for our high-end clientele, including luxury interior designers and discerning homeowners. The role is dynamic, fast-paced, and varies daily.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Track and manage client communications using digital tools and manual systems

·       Receive and check in shipments (fabrics, trims, hardware, etc.)

·       Schedule appointments for measurements, consultations, and installations

·       Maintain high standards of quality assurance and customer satisfaction

·       Monitor and respond to emails with professionalism and clear action steps

·       Prepare and send invoices using QuickBooks Online

·       Develop and refine office systems to improve workflow and efficiency

·       Answer and route incoming phone calls during business hours

COMPENSATION

·       Training Period (First 2 Weeks): $27/hour, paid via check

·       After Training: $58,000-$63,000/year salary based on prior experience with job responsibilities and salary are renegotiated at the end of each year

·       Benefits: Includes 2 weeks PTO, paid holidays and 401(k) with employer match, end of year bonus
